CHOC Challenge

As a company with a big heart and an interest in the local community Morgan Drexen has signed a pledge to raise $25,000 for the Children's Hospital of Orange County.

The employees of Morgan Drexen will hold fundraising events throughout the year in the hope of raising $25,000 within the next 3 years.

"I am proud to be the CEO of a company with so many caring employees who are willing to give up their time and efforts for such a worthy cause. Morgan Drexen operates nationally but we realize the importance of supporting our local community," says Walter Ledda CEO and founder of Morgan Drexen.

In 2011, through various fundraising events at Morgan Drexen the employees have raised over $3,000.

In addition to the CHOC Challenge this year several employees of Morgan Drexen will become part of the CHOC Follies cast.

The CHOC Follies show has a long history in Orange County and this year they will be celebrating the 15th year. Hundreds of local business owners and leaders will gather together over the upcoming months to be part of a musical spectacular.

"This is my first year in CHOC Follies and I'm very excited to get to know other people dedicated to supporting the hospital and perform next year. It's wonderful to be able to give to CHOC and have fun doing it through performance art," says Charla Batey Media and Corporate Relations Coordinator for Morgan Drexen.

Since its inception in 1997, CHOC Follies has netted more than $5 million dollars for the hospital.
